This transfer required the involvement of our teams, who demonstrated responsiveness, professionalism and ingenuity in the search for solutions.
In the space of a few weeks, we :
Free up space to accommodate the lines, by grouping together several assembly stations and sharing test benches and packaging stations. This gave us an area of around 260 m². The 3 lines will eventually occupy around 190 m².
– Trained our teams in equipment assembly and testing, in collaboration with our German colleagues.
– Transfer and start-up of production, in line with customer requirements.
