MOV'NTEC is proud to announce that it has signed a new gender equality and quality of life at work agreement with its social partners, which will come into force on 1 September 2013 for a period of 3 years.

MOV’NTEC is proud to announce that it has signed a new gender equality and quality of life at work agreement with its social partners, which will come into force on 1 September 2013 for a period of 3 years.

This agreement takes over from the agreement currently in place, and is a sign that the various parties in the company attach great importance to all issues relating to gender equality.

A number of measures and commitments have resulted from this agreement, including a moving day, a birth bonus and the payment of part of employees’ sports insurance contributions.

With a gender equality index of 92/100 for 2022, the company’s stakeholders wish to continue along this path.
