On Tuesday 11 June, we had the pleasure of visiting Novares to take part in the 22ᵉ Palmarès apprentis et stagiaires 2024, organised by ARIA. This annual event celebrates the outstanding achievements of apprentices and trainees in the automotive industry.
Jenifer Mvombe, an apprentice methods technician at MOV’NTEC, was one of the highlights of the ceremony for us. Under the supervision of François Gautron, test systems development and maintenance manager at MOV’NTEC, Jenifer demonstrated remarkable commitment and skill in her assignments.
During her speech, Jenifer presented MOV’NTEC and detailed the tasks she carries out there. Her speech highlighted the importance of apprenticeships and internships in developing the technical and professional skills of young talent.
The award ceremony was an event rich in discoveries and recognition. The participation of apprentices and trainees, including Jenifer, as well as Novares’ welcome, underlined the importance of training and support for young professionals in the automotive sector.
