Our ‘Galibot’ is about to obtain its European type-approval, in accordance with EU regulation 168/2013. This important step will enable us to register our vehicles and sell them throughout Europe.🤩
☑️ Type-approval is a strict process that checks whether our vehicle meets the European Union’s safety, environmental 🌱 and technical standards. This includes a series of tests and inspections to ensure that the vehicle meets all requirements before being placed on the market.
𝐋𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐝’𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐮 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐨𝐭 𝐋𝟔𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞́𝐬.The very last was an Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) test, as shown in the photo! Impressive, isn’t it?
All that’s left now is to submit our homologation file to the relevant ministry and the national vehicle acceptance centre (CNRV) to obtain the final authorisation. Once these formalities have been completed, we’ll be able to start selling our vehicles. 🤞🏼
After months of work, studies and tests, we’re finally close to the real thing: the birth of our little electric pick-up, the Galibot! 🚘
At the same time, 👉🏼 our employees are completing their bespoke training to assemble the vehicle.
📅 We plan to start marketing around October.
This is yet another milestone for Mov’ntec, and we can’t wait to reveal the official date of its commercialisation! ☺️
