On Friday 23 June, MOV’NTEC organised a special day dedicated to the development of our Company Project, with a real desire to make this project THE project for our employees.
The day began with a presentation of the main lines and fundamental principles of the Company Project, enabling everyone to understand its objectives and values.
Several interactive workshops were then set up, encouraging exchanges, innovative ideas and collaboration between the teams. This participative approach enabled each employee to feel involved and invested in the process of building the project. After a morning rich in constructive discussions, all participants shared a convivial lunch, strengthening team bonds.
In the afternoon, employees with 10 and 15 years’ seniority in the company were honoured.
Finally, the day ended with an “on the spot” summary, where the group leaders presented the major ideas raised by the employees, as well as a distribution of our new honey crop!
We look forward to seeing you in the autumn, when we’ll be setting up working groups on the various themes and moving on to the deployment phase!
