Here’s a summary of the highlights before the summer holidays!
Development of Galibot
Since January, with the creation of our subsidiary MOV’NTEC Mobility, we have made significant progress:
– Expansion of the team: Manuel Lenoir and Méline Dzienciol have joined our family.
– Redefinition and approval: the vehicle’s components have been redefined and approved.
– Team training: our teams have benefited from specialised training
– Assembly in progress: the production line is being assembled and we have started to assemble the first orders.
Circulacar
– Co-construction of production processes: in-depth analysis of processes and products.
– Prototyping and certification: the prototypes have been tested and certified.
– Product integration: the products have been successfully integrated into the Galibot.
Downs
– Knowledge exchange and sharing: our teams exchanged knowledge and shared best practices
– Team training: ongoing training for our teams
– Assembly of the first set: the first sets have received very positive feedback.
– New series: start of new production series.
The Battery Show in Stuttgart
Our participation in the Battery Show last June, an even bigger show this year with a new hall and very good attendance.
Mov’NTec consolidated its position as a major player in battery assembly.
New employees and students
Student visits: Several visits to promote the industry’s professions and challenges.- Contributions to training courses: participation in courses such as the vocational baccalaureate in maintenance at the Lycée Carnot and the industrial engineering training chair at ENSAM.- Student projects: highlighting our students, such as Jennifer, for their projects in a dedicated article.
Convivial internal events
Organisation of a number of internal events, including a “galette des rois”, an interview on the role of women in the company, participation in football and table football tournaments, barbecues, etc.
